1. The Contest: Watch Pennsylvania Outdoor Life and collect four clues from scrambled words of names of animals found in Pennsylvania. Win a 2009 Yamaha Rhino 450 from Keystone Outdoor Recreation and Yamaha Motor Corporation. All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions will be made for any prize. You must be 18 years old or older and a legal resident of Pennsylvania to qualify.

All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions will be made for any prize except at the discretion of the Sponsors who may substitute prizes of equivalent value.

WNEP will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. This Contest may be temporarily postponed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Enter.

Watch Pennsylvania Outdoor Life (POL) and collect four clues from scrambled words of names of animals found in Pennsylvania. Unscramble four clues correctly and write them on a postcard, along with your name, address and phone number and mail it to "Rumblin' Rhino Contest", WNEP-TV, 16 Montage Mtn. Road, Moosic, PA 18507. Clues will be given on new episodes of POL on Sunday November 1 at 6:30, Monday, November 9 at 7:30 pm, Monday November 16 at 7:30 pm, Monday, November 23 at 7:30 pm as well as subsequent airings of POL replays on WNEP's sister station WNEP2.

You may enter the contest as many times as you like, but each entry must be mailed separately using carrier mail. Entries must be postcards. No envelopes will be opened. WNEP will not accept internet, email entries, or phone calls. Each entry must have a valid postmark. Each entry must be received by regular carrier mail by WNEP by noon, Friday, November 27.

WNEP and its sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and/or any condition caused by events beyond reasonable control which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

4. Winners: Winners will be determined in random drawings from all correct entries. Winners will be announced during Pennsylvania Outdoor Life on Sunday, November 29. Winners will be notified by phone within 60 days thereafter. Each winner will be required to execute a declaration of eligibility that winner has complied with all the rules. The winners release Sponsors and all prize-supplier companies from all liability for damages or personal injury in connection with the winner's use of the prize goods or services, and consent that the Sponsors and anyone it/they may authorize may without compensation use winner's name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the sweepstakes or the Sponsors for purposes of advertising and promotion. The declaration must be returned within 21 days of date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.

A list of major prize winners will be available after November 30, 2009 by going to wnep.com. Taxes are the responsibility of winners.

5. Qualification Sweepstakes open to residents of the Pennsylvania except void where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate families and members of their household) of Sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Only one prize will be awarded per household per contest period.

6. Taxes: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to WNEP, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of winner. Any person winning over $600 in prizes mayl receive a 1099 form at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form should be filed with the IRS. Each winner may be required to provide WNEP with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to the Official Rules and decisions of WNEP, which shall be final in all respects; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless WNEP and its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including but not limited to death or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest or any Contest related activity; (c) that the foregoing parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize. WNEP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest if unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such event, notice thereof will be posted on the aforementioned Website. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. WNEP will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and WNEP's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of WNEP, WNEP reserves the right to terminate the Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as WNEP deems appropriate. WNEP may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
