Warmer temperatures have returned and more and more people are headed outside.

Monday's weather was a drastic change from last week's snow. Some people today in Tunkhannock were taking advantage of the warmer weather and doing work outside.

Tracie Brown, a building contractor from Tunkhannock, said the snowy mix set him back. "We did what we could and just make the best of it and do what you can," Brown said.

On this warm fall day, Brown said, he can get a lot more done. "Well get a lot of things closed in before we get any more bad weather, snow or whatever and just get as much done with the good weather.," Brown added.

He's not alone. Many others are taking advantage of warm fall weather.

Fred Ebbecke is the owner of Precision Tree Removal in Tunkhannock. He said he is four days behind on his work because of last week's snow.

"Getting a lot of things caught up and getting done and getting prepared for the winter," Ebbecke said.

Some people said they want to use this time to get some yard work done and from the looks of the leaves, it's piling up.

Renee Sorensen said she was starting to get cabin fever so she decided to get some exercise with her friend and their babies.

"Well we tried a couple of times last week but the weather was way to cold to take the little ones out. So we are really excited about the opportunity to get out and get some fresh air," Sorenson said.

WNEP meteorologist Tom Clark said we're in for even warmer temperatures later this week.
