It appears all three of the teenagers charged in the beating death of an illegal immigrant in Shenandoah will be prosecuted as adults.

Attorneys for Brandon Piekarsky, 16, and Colin Walsh, 17, filed court papers withdrawing their request to have both cases heard in juvenile court.  It's not certain why they withdrew their petitions.

The two, along with Derrick Donchak, 18, are charged in the July death of Luis Ramirez in Schuylkill County.
