A woman was killed Friday evening in a three-vehicle crash in Snyder County.
State police said Brittany Eshenaur, 21, of Freeburg was stopped on Route 35 near Freeburg, waiting the make a left turn. A car came up from behind her and slammed into the rear of Eshenaur's car, pushing it into oncoming traffic. A sport utility vehicle then hit Eshenaur's car. She was flown to the hospital where she died.
The drivers of the other vehicles were injured but did not go to the hospital. A passenger in the SUV was not hurt.
State police are investigating the crash.
