A man who police said was driving under the influence is now charged in a deadly crash.
Myron Myers, 33, of New Columbia was charged Monday with homicide by vehicle while DUI and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs for a head-on crash on April 1 in Snyder County.
Investigators said Myers was driving along the Middleburt-New Berlin Highway when his pick-up truck crossed the center line and crashed head-on into a car. The driver of the car, Steven Walter, 44, of Middleburg, was killed.
Myers is free on $25,000 bail.
