A man from Lycoming County is behind bars, charged with rape and other sex crimes.
Police said Aaron Clark, 26, of Hughesville raped a 20-year-old woman at her home in Watsontown Wednesday afternoon. According to investigators, Clark claims the sex was consensual.
Police said Clark and the victim know one another.
