A fire marshal will look for the cause of a fire that destroyed a garage and damaged the home attached to it.
Crews were called to the home on State Road in Effort about 5 a.m. Wednesday.
No one was home when crews arrived. Officials believe the fire started in a wood stove. No one was hurt.
