A man was killed early Tuesday morning in a two-car crash in Monroe County.
The county coroner said Carl Rodgers, 19, of Long Pond, was killed about 3:30 a.m. in the crash on Route 314 near Swiftwater. Police said Rodgers was headed east on Route 314 when his car crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming car.
Rodgers was killed. The driver of the second car, Sean Graham of Mount Pocono, was hurt. Two passengers in Rodgers' car, Jenise McNear of Saylorsburg and Colin Rinehimer of Pocono Pines, were also injured and had to be taken to the hospital.
The investigation into the crash continues.
