A man from Lycoming County is locked up, charged with arson.
Police said David Hill, 31, of Muncy took a plastic bottle full of gasoline and started a fire in the doorway of a neighbor's home. It happened last week. Investigators said Hill was seen on a surveillance video at a nearby convenience store and was seen buying a drink bottle and replacing it with gasoline.
Two women were in the house at the time of the fire, which caused little damage.
