A man wanted for a double stabbing in Luzerne County has been arrested.
Joshua Miller surrendered to police in Hanover Township Monday morning. Police said he is responsible for stabbing two men October 4 at a bar on Oxford Street in Hanover Township.
Miller is charged with aggravated assault and several other offenses. He is free on bail.
