A man will be charged after allegedly shooting a teenager his mistook for a turkey over the weekend in Luzerne County.
Andrew Stola, 14, was shot in the stomach Saturday while setting traps with his father near Shickshinny.
The commission said the man will be charged with shooting the boy and leaving the scene. They are also waiting for blood alcohol tests to determine if the hunter had been impaired. His name has not been released.
The teenager is out of intensive care and recovering from his injury.
