A high-speed chase ended with a crash Sunday night in Luzerne County.
Police said Deborah Dykins, 49, of Nanticoke took off because she was driving a car without the owner's permission. She led police on a chase through Newport Township, Conyngham Towns and into Nescopeck Township. It ended on River Road when Dykins slammed into a railroad crossing sign. She was thrown from the vehicle.
