Police in Luzerne County caught a burglary suspect less than five hours after it happened.
Butler Township police arrested Corey Marsicano, 23, of Wapwallopen early Thursday morning. Officers said he broke into Mary's Family Restaurant on Route 309 near Drums, then sat, drunk, in the middle of the road, where police found him.
Marsicano is locked up on $10,000 bail.
