Interstate 81 south is down to one lane and an on-ramp is closed in part of Lackawanna County.
PennDOT said the right lane is restricted between the Dickson City/Main Avenue exit (190) and the Throop exit (188) for bridge repairs. The on-ramp from Main Avenue is also closed for repairs.
The lane and the ramp should be open by 3 p.m.
