Fireworks Accident Victims Identified
State police have identified the two men hurt after a fireworks display went wrong at PNC Field in Lackawanna County.

Officials said Joseph Mascaro, 48, of Old Forge and Herbert Truhe, 56, of Lehighton were hurt Friday night when one of the fireworks in a rack exploded prematurely, setting off the rest of the rack. Their conditions have not been released.

Both men are employees of International Fireworks Company, the company in charge of the fireworks display.

Investigators said the incident was an accident.
