A man from Lackawanna County was found guilty Friday morning of DUI and reckless endangerment for his part in a deadly DUI crash.
Albert Morgan, Jr. of Carbondale was drunk was his pick-up truck collided with a motorcycle last August on Route 106 near Carbondale. Two people on the motorcyle, Joseph Warrick and Danielle Hess, were killed.
Prosecutors said this was a difficult investigation because all three people involved in the crash were intoxicated.
Morgan is awaiting sentencing.
