A man from Lackawanna County faces drug and theft charges after police searched his home Monday.
Police said Frank Borgia, 19, was arrested after police found what appeared to be marijuana plants and suspected stolen items in his home on Jefferson Avenue in Dunmore. Officers were searching the home after Borgia was identified as a suspect in the burglary Monday of a neighbor's home.
