Man Sentenced for Shooting Incident
An elderly man from Clinton County will spend up to 15 years in prison for a shooting incident at his home involving state troopers.

James Tobias, 77, of Woolrich was sentenced Monday for firing a gun at troopers last year. The troopers were not hurt but they returned fire, injuring Tobias.

He pleaded no contest to the charges in August. That means he does not admit guilt but is sentenced as if he did.
