John Englert of Mill Hall is charged with 37 criminal offenses for a deadly boat crash on the Susquehanna River near Lock Haven in July.
The Clinton County coroner identified the victim as 12-year-old Valerie Heidt of Howard.

The girl was on the other boat. According to court papers, on that day officers said Enghlert appeared disoriented and smelled of alcohol. A blood test revealed his blood alcohol content was almost three times the legal limit two hours after the collision.
