Police in Bradford County believe they know the five people responsible for stealing street signs.
Investigators said charges are pending against William Mosher, 20, of Canton, Christopher Skwarlo, 18, of Canton, Nathan Dowling, 20, of Montoursville and two other teenagers for stealing six signs from Granville, Leroy and Canton Township. Four of the signs were stop signs.
Police said six took the signs, still attached to the posts, right out of the ground.
