MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — Traffic is moving slowly on the highway in Monroe County.
A garbage truck started burning on Interstate 80 east near the Tannersville exit after 7:30 a.m. on Monday.
The area was cleared by about noon, according to PennDOT.
