EFFORT, Pa. — A car crashed into a former restaurant in Monroe County Friday afternoon.
The car went off the road and hit the now-closed Hannah Bananas Family Restaurant at the intersection of Route 115 and Merwinsburg Road in Chestnuthill Township, near Effort.
The crash damaged the front of the building.
There is no word on injuries or what led to the crash.
