AVOCA, Pa. — A crash tied up Interstate 81 Wednesday afternoon near the Luzerne-Lackawanna County line.
Two cars collided on I-81 north between the airport exit (178) and the Moosic exit (180).
Three people were hurt, but state troopers say no one was badly hurt in the wreck.
